A yoni steam is a simple and accessible practice for any woman to do at home. It involves disrobing from waist down, and sitting over the steam for about 30 minutes while the steam gently permeates the skin, assisting in cleansing and rejuvenation. 

Directions: Boil at least 2-3 cups of water for 10 minutes. Add herbs and let it cool down for at least 5 minutes. Pour steam into yoni seat or bowl of choice and sit over for 15-30 minutes. Please drink plenty of water and wear socks while steaming. Please do not steam if pregnant or menstruating.
